Wilds Monster #4

Coming to the end of the month and there was at least one more Monster Hunter Wilds monster I wanted to do. The chatacabra wasn't shown very well during the gamescon streams, but I was able to find a video in spanish that showed off the fight against it.
The fight against chatacbara looks very easy. Its movements are slow and highly choreographed. Because of that, I believe it should be a low level CR monster that players at level 1 or 2 will fight. While it licks with its tongue, and attacks with its fists, it does have the unique ability to coat its arms in saliva that is mixed with the terrain.
While I didn't see the effects that the armed coated attacks caused (probably just an increase in damage) I didn't want to boost the damage on such a Low CR creature. Instead I changed the damage type of the attack and applied a condition based on the type of terrain.
With this and its legendary action to move around, I think it should be a tough but doable fight.
