Frontier Monster: Shantien

This months winner was Shantien! I had no idea what I was getting into when this one was selected and it was not easy to make. I did have to leave out a few moves just to keep myself at one and one-half pages for this stat block . When doing my research the shantien was considered to be as powerful or close to being as strong as the black dragon category of elder dragons. So I built its stat block to be just that.
The shantien is a CR 22 monster, but it is a mythic monster with three phases in total. So this combat encounter is Three CR 22's one after the other effectively. It goes from a fairly standard lagiacrus like battle, to amatsu meets narwa, until its final phase, which I had to figure out a way for that transition to make sense (check Phase 3 mythic trait to see how).
The loot table holds a lot of new effects thanks to all the frontier ones you don't see in the standard MH video games.
