September Monster Request Monster Manual Update

Here is this months updated version of the Monster Request Monster Manual. I have fixed the clickable table of contents in this version of the Manual. It takes a bit more work to get it working like this, but at least it is working :D This months additions are:
- Blood Soaked Arzuros (Patreon player request after an arzuros killed three of the PCs)
- Clockwork Spy (Dungeons & Dragons)
- Kratos (God of War)
- Atreus (God of War)
I have one more request which I have not had a chance to get to due to september being a busy family month for me, but I had someone request me to make the Magnet Spike from frontier into another monster hunter weapon. So I should have a version of that in the coming month and it will most likely be added to AGtMH once complete.
