Each region of the United States has its own idiosyncrasies. I live in Michigan, and in Michigan the night before Halloween is called Devil's Night. I'm not sure how it started, but it was a night for the kids to pull pranks and throw eggs and toilet paper houses and stuff. Then it got serious, and in Detroit the youth started burning abandoned houses as their pranks.
After several years of hundreds of fires on Devil's Night, the people of Detroit organized and patrolled the streets. They called it Angel's Night. After years of these citizen patrols, the arson problem was mostly solved, though there has been an occasional year where there are more fires than normal on Devil's Night.
You might be wondering why I'm talking to you about Devil's Night. Well, Devil's Night is on October 30... and that is when Unleashed 0.5v2 is going to be released as well. :)
I'm kind of working on both 0.5v2 and 0.5v3 at the same time - writing one while rendering the other, or if I get stuck writing one I switch - so the schedule for both updates should work out with October 30 and then again with a short but worthwhile 0.5v3 on November 17.
