I tried 120 clicks, but was too small and overkill, and the click tactile feedback wasn't strong enough to my taste. So picked 60 to match Klipper minute:second approach when using SCREWS_TILT_CALCULATE.
These, fresh at least, have a nice tactile feedback, was planing on using M4 locknut, but didn't have any on hand yet, and they work great with standard M4 nuts
the diagonal clicker are the same, but mirrored for the opposite diagonal. they are marked with X Y to easily match which corner goes where
I only tested it with PETG. not sure how long they would last if screwed/unscrewed many times, but for normal usage should last a while.
keep outer wall speed "slow" to have detailed notches (I print at 60mm/s 4K) the inside can be at whatever you wish (I did 120mm/s 8K)
I also redrew the e3max Neo bed underplatform as the ones I found online (for CR10) were not exact, I assume this should work on CR10 as well, but can't confirm.
This should work on ender3/pro/v2 etc
The STEP file has the grip separate from the teeth, so if you want to customize the hand grip wheel, that should be easy.
Wheels are 47mm in diameter (stock are 60mm), and 8.6mm tall
No print support needed
updated: added Gulfcoast Robotics e3 plate (Amazon) clickers for 3 point bed mounting
updated: added tighter hex nut hole tolerance, original had it at 7.0mm (measured at two opposite walls), which ended up a tiny bit loose with the ones I have on hand, new one has a 6.8mm hex nut opening.
