40mm - Fan grill / guard / cover
Added 2024-10-14 02:38:12 +0000 UTCUnlike most of the stuff I design this requires print support, to keep some distance in front of the fan blades and avoid increasing turbulence noises.
I tried 0.1mm layer height in PETG with tree support. Did need a bit of cleanup but ended up working well enough.
