In the zip you'll find the rail files under XZ Plates -> spring model - wheels and rails -> Z rails - mgn12H - setup
This isn't fully tested, as I only had one rail on hand, but my hybrid setup wheels on one side and rails on the other side is working great. so I expect it to work perfectly fine.
On the rail side I actually even kept the wheels on the outer part of the extrusions.
My printer two left screw behind the X extrusion (what hold the X extrusion and the left motor metal plate ) where very loose, probably been that way for a while, so while you are taking things apart a bit, I would recommend re-tightening those
This is of course still compatible with dual individual motor or mechanically synced setups
I also upgraded my setup from dual 34mm motor (stock Z and stock Y motor) to 40mm motor, and the system holds up really well (with 34mm it was creeping down very slowly)
For single motor setup (mechanically synced) I did a test by only installing one 48mm motor, and it held up. just an FYI if you go down that road
If upgrading from wheel setup, you'll need to print new XZ plates, the rail mount, and optionally spacers (or keep the wheels on the outside)
