nozzle brush - release candidate (rev3.3 - jul30th)

On discord three of us had a brainstorming session and came up with this

This rev3.3 beta release turned into a release candidate.

Won't work with an Apollo klack, but should work on everything else

The main motivation was for the Cartographer nozzle Tap feature (Beacon Tap as well), which allows auto z offset, which works better with a clean nozzle.
Awesome feature, and highly recommend the Cartographer or Beacon as probes.

Idea behind with this brush is reusing old silicone sock or buy cheap stock ender hotend silicone stock (AliExpress - Amazon)
and cutting 5.6x9mm rectangles from it, which are inserted in the printed clamp and tightened with a couple screws,

2 hex nut inserts and 2 m3x30mm screws

6 clamps 5.6x9mm pieces of silicone, will stick out 2mm above

in testing it was pointed out that once installed slicing one strip in third the next strip in half and so on would work great.

the rail model was lower on my test by about 1-2mm, so need taller strips of silicone, about 8x9mm strips, something wasn't square on my printer. So keeping it as is for now until I get more feedback.

If you had to use non standard height ducts, or want to try with a UHF setup let me know.

rev3, huge thanks Stiebl and WesSnipes711 who improved it some more and tested it.
now uses m3x30 screw from the other side for easier screw head access
newer clamps
