Raikou unbirths Master and Vores Shuten Doji, Shuten pleasures Master through Raikou's stomach walls by rubbing where his penis is pressed against it. Raikou is getting mad about them playing around inside her and is trying to stop them but sucumbs to the pleasure and digest Shuten, and absorbs Master through her womb. She is lying defeated, more thicc and covered in her own juices.
