Quick FYI, Dropbox/Sync limits

Dropbox has already reached it's limit so if you experience a 404 error with the dropbox link, it still exists it means its reached it's daily download limit and takes 24 hours to reset (we'll be keeping an eye on this). We've ran into this before and it's one of the reasons we use Sync as they don't have a daily limit.
Dropbox's top plan (which we are on) allows 200GB's of downloads from the account in a day which is reached fairly sharpish as links to the Dwarves V2 have gone live. If you're desperate for the download and Dropbox is chucking out the error then use Sync for now.

I've seen it done for Kickstarters via MMF but not monthly releases? I've made the Dwarves KS available via gumroad and that seems to be working, I might try doing the monthly releases (i.e the whole month) the same way, not sure yet will need some experinmenting.
