Parallax - Optimizations (RSS?)

Hey all! It's been a while since I've updated you guys on this, but I'm looking into improving the plugin that generates extra mesh detail.

Currently, Parallax does this by taking the entire quad (this can span kilometers of terrain) and subdivides it so that there are enough mesh vertices within a certain distance of each other so that the ground can look good.

What's shown above in the video should localize this to stop Parallax from generating so many vertices. This diagram should help:

Less than half the amount of vertices are needed in the second implementation, and they are closer together.

Not only will this allow for greater optimization, but this should enable Parallax to work on bigger planets. Support for RSS doesn't seem so far now!
