Maybe the Jane-like character came to study about a fertility statue that is in the jungle, and is saved by the Jungle Futa when she is in danger. Then they have erotic encounters with the other female members of the adventure crew, and meet other members of perhaps a Futa tribe (perhaps the statue can change people into futas, and other genderswap antics)

Could result in futa-angel/demon summoning, if you want to go supernatural. Obviously, I vote demons and the corruption route.
