In case you're wondering about this now, these squirrels have nothing to do with the tangible ones in Tuonela. Apparently whenever I need to choose an animal for anything, it's either gonna be either A) A wolf. B) A squirrel.
I guess it's some sort of creative blockage opening up. Back as a kid when I really, really wanted to tell stories (but didn't have the discipline to finish a single one), I had a cataloque of animal characters, and there always was a squirrely-type, or a wolf, or a fox.
Now that I get to finally create a world and fill it with creatures, it's a richness of these fluff-tails.
