Some YIH lore today relevant to the 9th chapter!

During the Harvesting Festival there are a few different names to the 7 days of celebration.
When otherwise Kalevala knows no years, no months, no weekdays, this is one of the few exceptions where they have a 7 day long "calendar."

This sketch is for the third day of the festival, "Kekri". The purpose of the day is to cherish the gods and nameless spirits of hunting, fishing, farming and harvesting. Kekri is the one day with any proper ceremonial activities.

This sketch above is of the getup for a dance performed by multiple females. The dress is embroided with the colours of sky and gold to respect the weather and to appreciate the reaped rewards.

The dance is required to be silent, so you can only hear the sounds of the accurately coordinated steps and the staff.

Even the audience is required to be absolutely silent for the durance of this long performance.
