Fjoldi map

We were contemplating on the type of terrain, rivers and old volcanoes that the land would have and how they would've shaped it.
Something we'd like to include on the inside cover of the 1st chapter (and the title page) in the background, would be a map of the area.
There are 4 countries in our story that we'll introduce you to later. Fjoldi, Tael, Tistow and Numuur.
Fjoldi is not an independent country, but great chunk of it belongs to Tael (Kirkald for example) and Newhaven is Tistow territory. It's a contested zone and the Fjoldi are kinda stuck dealing with the two.
Numuur's not on this map, but it lies down to the south east and connects to Tael by land and is involved in a lot of sea trade with Tistow.
