UPDATE: So something went wrong in converting my document into an ebook and the internal links don't work. I have to figure this out and we'll try again.
UPDATE 2: So I learned what I did wrong and how to fix it. However, I already sent this to my editor. It's just easier for me to wait until he sends it back then I have to go and redo all the links. I've canceled the giveaway. Once I get this all straightened out, I'll put it back up for you guys with links that work! Very sorry!
