The Persona games are interesting given that I wouldn’t call them school games at all. Most if not all the dungeons have nothing to do with school, there’s very few events that connect to the school, and persona 4 had so much that people complained and that game didn’t have all that much compared to an actual school game. The persona games are better described as time management games where the school adds a bit of structure and flavor, in p5’s case I’d say that at least 80% of it has nothing to do with school at all.

Layer cake is about a weapon shop owner who is gruff and even mean on the outside but has kind and caring personality layered beneath it. As for butterfly kiss, that theme is for a doctor who seen as giving the kiss of death when a drug she was developing was used before it was finished against her recommendation. She is actually an amazing doctor who did succeed later which allows another patient to survive in the story. I know that no context to the game does leave no way to know this but I’ve got to point out whenever p5 does some cool story telling in its song titles. Hopefully there’s some more persona 5 sooner rather than later.
