She absorbed the power of the sun god Yatagarasu and gained the ability of nuclear fusion which she can shoot out of the cannon on her right arm. Iβd probably say that she is one of the most powerful characters in the series. Mind you, this series includes characters who can manipulate the boundaries of reality, can destroy anything by crushing it center telepathically, or can make anything they want unintelligible. It was rather jarring not to hear the nuclear warning sirens that play in game when Okuu attacks.
