Adds a custom Gourmet recipe to the game - Stuffed Zuchini Blossom

Serving :Single, Medium, Large Serving Option ( fridge/stove)
Optional Ingredient : Prepped veggie + Zuchini + Any Veggie + Any Cheese + Ricotta Cheese ( WIP - will be added later) + 0 simoleon flat fee
Cooking skill needed - Gourmet Skill 1
Menu : Available from Custom Gourmet Menu on Fridge, Stove, (from Custom Food Interactions)
Restaurant : Compatible with Dine Out. Appears in the restaurant menu under Main Meal menu.
Buff : Veggie Blossom ( +2 Energized , 120 sim minutes)

Recipes can still be cooked if the sim does not have the required ingredients. Custom ingrediets are optional.
