Does she mean Bobby is a great guy ( and she may secretly have a crush on him ) and Cindy made a big mistake dumping him even though from Cindy's perspective she had a valid reason to dump him? Or was Cindy's big mistake ( in Vi's head ) unjustly hurting Bobby and now Vi believes she has the right to go and bash Cindy's face in, even though it has nothing to do with her ? Hope it's the first one, because if things go the second route it means Vi is kinda delusional and vindictive.

Then in that case, keep the outfit on. Although I think Bobby mostly sees her as a sister if I am not mistaking. But they look good together.
