Like it or not, changing textures from standard to high quality isn't that easy. You have to work on each texture individually and brush them manually.
There's no one-click solution. The game itself doesn't offer textures this detailed, as current games rely on a medium texture system and enhance them with shaders.
The consistency of the textures has also been improved. So, there aren't any areas that are suddenly dark, then half light, half dark. I worked on everything manually, one by one.
After that, all that's left is to finish the new bodysuit, which I specifically designed for this particular armor style. Once it's finished, you can enjoy it.
