I just finished the campaign… I started listening to this show not knowing much about dnd at the beginning of the COVID shut down in March… over a year later I have finally listened through at least all of the first campaign not trinyvale or some of the mixed bags. I have to say this is one of the most important media’s I’ve consumed. For one hundred episodes I have listened and loved these characters and seen them grow. They feel like a family I was welcomed into and that meant a lot during this pandemic. I can’t wait to start the next campaign and I wish you all well

I commented on the reddit about how you couldn't of planned for Hardwon's 700plus damage in the first three rounds, but the mad genius Murph did have contingencies. Actually very inspiring for a newer DM. Very creative to have her pull from the second form health pool to make the fight more climactic. Well done. Even if the second form would have been stronger, it would have felt "off" to have the boobs basically one shot the first form. I mean I'm sure Murph could have spun off as like 'oh now you just pissed me off kind of thing' but the second form after an already grueling fight made it feel like desperation mode. And in a winner-takes-all fight you need the audience to feel that desperation in the characters. Such a small thing but I really think that contingency likely made the fight feel so much more epic than it otherwise would have. Awesome, just awesome.
