Theo takes a deep breath and makes eye contact with the camera. Is she really doing this?

They feel breathy, and excited, and nervous, all clouding into a thrill of emotions. It wasn’t like they hadn’t done this before, but this time, the blush that rises in her cheeks comes from a place of uncertainty. Anticipation that feels like the same as her first diaper since adulthood; embarrassment fluttering against excitement.

Just let go.

Inhaling, they hold their breath and do the easy part first. Urine floods the diaper, and before their blush can deepen any further, Theo releases her held breath and begins to push.

She has to fight–her body refuses to humiliate her on camera, not when it’s this obvious, not in such a cringe-inducing outfit. It takes effort, puffing up her cheeks and straining, fighting for the privilege to demonstrate her own humiliation.

Diaper swelling, chest heaving, they win the battle, triumph demonstrated by a brown stain and a pungent waft of stinky air, they look into the camera again. Thrilled, ashamed, and feeling as small as they ever have.
