Added 2019-05-05 17:36:22 +0000 UTCPlease sync your Patreon account to your Discord account. You will only be able to get your rewards on Discord in this manner, as it has grown tiresome of checking to see who still subscribes to me and who isn't.

2c. You can also head over to your Profile settings and click on the Connect to Discord button to connect your Discord and Patreon accounts.
