i like your reactions but lol you're the opposite of me, i thought Si-An having a big heart and being able to be transparent about it, being vulnerable is NOT a red flag, however i think Theo IS a red flag, he's love bombing her non-stop, from the moment he saw her which never looked genuine. It looks like he found a girl he found the prettiest and set to get her by any means. I wouldn't trust him at all tbh, i'd rather trust someone like Si-an who's honest and capable of understanding her own deep feelings.
