I like the emotional contrast between Summer and Asuka in the first panel. Asuka is tear-eyed, very moved by the emotional moment between Ray and Liz. Summer remains stoic, but has a blush, indicating that she's also touched, but she'd rather not show it.
I can't help but smile when Liz asks Summer to answer the door and then Asuka gives the hyena a mom look. It's ambiguous enough that one asks if Asuka is nicely asking Summer to make her proud by showing her nice side or subtly threatening to punish her daughter with motherly rage for being rude to the family of their new recruit after being offered hospitality.
I feel bad for Liz when Ray tells her that he'll be living with Asuka from now on. Liz knew Ray for twelve years, ten of which she was his sister, and then in five of those years she became his surrogate mother when their father died. Ray's mother was never mentioned so far in the comic so Liz is the closest thing to a mom that he has. It's kind of sad knowing they'll have to part ways after spending a week of separation with the Liev incident.
