The bloated nightmare functions as a buffing totem, that the players need to avoid with their AoE attacks, or pay the consequences for it, and the fallen worshippers are made to force players to attack bloated nightmares, a fun combo!
False prophets are deep creatures, that try to charm villages into falling into the corruption of the depths.
