Pestilence - The 5th Plague

Seriously the more I work on these plagues, the more twisted they become. Good thing they are not supposed to be nice.
This one will probably outlive any unprepared party.
I'm also considering if I should create a hunter type subclass for the compendium with the 10 plagues. Perhaps a paladin oath that hunts horrors like these. An inquisitor style thing.
Something to think about.
