Weaver Option 23/07/2019
Added 2019-07-23 13:25:52 +0000 UTCThis is the unbeta-ed chapter of Decision 5-5 for the Weaver Option. I have sent it to Thanathos one hour ago, so hopefully there will be a Sunday update, though I make no promises on this front.
I will take one or two days of rest, and then I will move onto Let the Galaxy Burn for the battle of King's Landing.

Good, good. Though Taylor will not been known as the Queen of Blades. This title belongs to another person in this universe.

2019-07-26 16:35:36 +0000 UTCGot a strong Queen of Blades vibe from this chapter about her expanding her powers of controlling the swarm!
2019-07-26 16:20:22 +0000 UTCThanks! Yes, I have a massive ( to not say giga-enormous) for this story. The core is already decided for the Age of Hope, and I've a good idea what I want to write for the rest. The end goal...this story begins and ends with Taylor Hebert. That's all I'm going to say on the subject for the moment.

2019-07-25 06:25:13 +0000 UTCI'm not going to lie every chapter draws me in more and more and i want more sooner too. Anyway loved it as always and I have to ask how far do you plan for this to go do you have an end goal in sight even?

2019-07-25 01:31:27 +0000 UTCIndeed, Taylor is really one of the parahumans there is no need to pressure to try new things and experiences.

2019-07-24 20:14:48 +0000 UTCQA have the time of her life, Exchange of knowledge with C'tan shard, interacting with a Hive mind that can reach light years and that is not counting the interaction with the power from Emperor.

2019-07-24 19:59:53 +0000 UTCIt's more a...long list of phisophical points the Mechanicus are always sure to debate when many Forge Worlds tech-Priests meet in large numbers. The basics of what Mars want to offer are more or less decided, though there is room for negotiation and personal preferences.

2019-07-24 06:21:36 +0000 UTCBefore the battle at Pavia, it looks like there will be another interesting struggle among the Mechanicus. I wonder if this will affect the size of the reward Mars is giving her for the STC? I had suggested that it might be some of the ships that accompanied the Archmagos from Mars. On the other hand, it might not be because they might decide they need all of them for escort, especially once they realize just how many STCs and partials there are.

2019-07-24 00:31:14 +0000 UTCThanks a lot! But yes, a lot of this arc was world-building. Now we are going to return to the cycle of escalation proper. Pavia awaits, and with it a cataclysmic battle...

2019-07-23 19:14:02 +0000 UTCOh, I'm sure Leet will survive...probably. Maybe.
Antony444
2019-07-23 19:12:52 +0000 UTCHail! And yes, the scales of conflict have brutally escalated once more...without trying.

2019-07-23 19:12:17 +0000 UTCI loved this chapter, it did a great job of filling in some of the smaller PoVs of the events taking place. The poor AdMech consigned to share a station with Leet, the Confessor taking care of the critically wounded Fey Guard and even the Inquisition's big meeting all of them helped build out the setting.

2019-07-23 18:53:53 +0000 UTCAlmost died when i was reading the leet section. I get the feeling that his days are numbered...

2019-07-23 18:52:40 +0000 UTC“Hail the Queen of the Swarm...” indeed, i really liked this chapter; should be interesting meeting looking forward to more; of course the queen of escalation, escalates without even trying :)

2019-07-23 16:25:46 +0000 UTCNot everything stupid humanity does is because of the Ruinous Powers, alas. But we are approaching a period where demagogues and ambitious tyrants have their own ideas on Imperial Governance...

2019-07-23 16:00:29 +0000 UTCWell, given her opinion on Sainthood, it's the only way she does them...

2019-07-23 15:58:44 +0000 UTCGreat update. It looks like the ruinous powers have missed an opportunity. Judging by Sylvester Beagle, certain Imperial officials have achieved weapons grade stupidity. If the Chaos gods can just get it to critical mass, the Imperium will perish due to rampant idiocy.
