This is my interpretation of a portion of the Sea Ward of Waterdeep.
Waterdeep. The City of Splendors. Sea Ward - home of the wealthy. The Sea Ward is home to newer noble families and the occasional wealthy adventurer, with gaudy villas flaunting the wealth.
This is the fourth and final release for Sea Ward and adds 311 buildings in the southwestern section.
Running Waterdeep building count: 3382 (North Ward + Sea Ward).
