This is my interpretation of a portion of the Sea Ward of Waterdeep.
Waterdeep. The City of Splendors. Sea Ward - home of the wealthy. The Sea Ward is home to newer noble families and the occasional wealthy adventurer, with gaudy villas flaunting the wealth.
This is the first of 3 releases for Sea Ward and adds 728 buildings in the north section. Running Waterdeep building count: 2333 (North Ward + this first part of Sea Ward).
