May Update

Staying in the NICU is often described as a rollercoaster. I now understand why people say that.

I'll try and keep this update short, the summary of which is that things are still much the same on my end with a lot of uncertainty and very little time, energy, or mental capacity to work on making new maps.  All I can say is I hope to be making maps again soon, but still don't know what that looks like. My apologies for this long unexpected hold on new DOTMM maps.

I will be sending out shared drive access to new Patrons shortly.  Typically I send it out after each paid release - but want to make sure new Patrons can still get access in a timely manner.  To be very clear - this post is free - you will only ever be charged when I release new map content.

I use per release billing for my Patreon - meaning that until I release new maps, no one will be charged for becoming/remaining a Patron at any Tier.  If you had planned to join for a month or two to support my work, I appreciate it if you stick around a little longer until the new content (and thus billing) starts flowing again - but if things change for you, I completely understand.

For a bit more detail: 2 days after I posted my last update, my son got very sick in the NICU.  We've since been transferred to BC Children's Hospital for him to undergo surgery which went well.  We are now on the long journey back to health. I'm afraid to even say "things are looking better and steadily improving" (...they are...) but everything can change so fast with preemie babies in the NICU, as I learned after the last time I posted.  All I can do right now is keep you awesome folks in the loop and say more maps will be coming in the future.  A special thanks to everyone who's reached out to share words of support or their own NICU stories with me.

Hey New Patreon here, but I just wanted to offer you and your family my best wishes. Spending time in the NICU is something I don't wish on anyone and you have my sympathies. Stay strong.

Thank you for the update. Events in life always comes first, hope your son gets better soon and you can enjoy some "stress" free family life.

Seconded. Take care of your family, we'll content ourselves with your other amazing work in the meantime. :)
