The chakra control breathing technique that Akira show to Hiruzen was impressive enough to put even the anbu-protecting Hokage into a daze and wanting to learn this technique.

"This is a very useful technique Akira kun I must say that this technique alone will help many current and upcoming shinobi of the leaf".

"I am glad you like it Hokage sama. So the next one is the scientific ninja tool. I have 2 ready to use tools designed with me here.

One is my personal favourite. I called it the web shooters and the other is Sealed Jutsu Scroll Launcher." said Akira showing both the ninja tool to Hiruzen.

Hiruzen at this time could see the child smile on Akira's face. He could practically feel Akira's excitement about these tools.

'Maybe he is a kid after all even being so much smarter and talented than his peers' thought Hiruzen internally and had a small smile on his face.

The tools themselves were simple bands with a metal device attached to them. One was smaller which Akira refer to as a web shooter and another was bigger and frankly a little more flashy and stylish.

Akira wore both of the tools in each of his hands and got ready to use them but before that, he ask Hokage's permission.

Hiruzen is also interested in how these ninja tools work permitted with any problem.

"Hokage sama this is a web shooter it uses a special chakra transformation seal and mechanism to release the web like how spiders do."

Akira throws a kunai in the air without any force and then uses the web shooter to target it.

In Hiruzen's amazement, we came out from the tool which Akira strapped on his wrist and stick the kunai to the wall.

Next Akira also targets a water bottle on Hokage's desk and this time uses the webs to grab the water bottle from a distance.

Hiruzen was quite interested in the use of this kind of ninja tool. It can be used for trapping a target or even manoeuvring on a battlefield.

Then Akira took out the other tool and make 2 simple hand signs.

Hiruzen was watching with attention.

Soon the hand sign was done and a small scroll came out from the tool into Akira's hand and then something amazing happen.

Akira's hand was covered with lightning chakra and a familiar sound of Chidori rang in the Hokage's office.

Hiruzen was stunned at what happened. 'did Kakashi teach him this technique? He thought to himself.

"This scientific ninja tool can carry special jutsu clones inside them and have the ability to activate them in a way that the jutsu seal inside the scroll can be used by the user," said Akira with an even wider grin on his face.

Hiruzen being the professor he was immediately understood the value of a ninja tool which allows any shinobi without any previous training to be able to use a high A-rank jutsu.

Even the Anbu was shocked at this and was practically drooling while looking at the ninja tool.

"The only problem here is that the jutsu has to be sealed in that special jutsu scroll which I made. Thus it needs someone to able to perform the jutsu before being able to use the Jutsu," said Akira.

Hiruzen realize this but still could see the usefulness of the tool especially if Akira could find a way to mast produces those scrolls.

"and lastly there are Medical and Nature Combination release scrolls," said Akira

Hiruzen did not interrupt him because he already had many questions he knew that if he ask then it might take almost an hour before Akira show his other scrolls.

"The medical scroll is a simple healing scroll which constantly heals the person who uses it at a fixed rate until the chakra runs out," said Akira and once again Hiruzen see how many lives a simple scroll like this could save.

"Every useful and practical Akira kun. This particular scroll will be loved by the medic nuns of the village" Hiruzen said with a knowing tone.

"haha thank you Hokage sama I am glad that I could help the village in any way.

And this is the last scroll. I called it a Nature combination scroll.

"Akira open the scroll and for the first time, the old aged Hokage saw the hidden seals.

He could not understand anything. Well, he is not very good at seals like its student Jiraiya or Minato but the fact that he could not even recognize the character of the scroll made Hiruzen frown.

'just how to advance his ninjutsu is thought Hiruzen internally'.

The reason Hiruzen did not understand was that Akira was using many different languages from his past and he even uses his coding knowledge in the seals as well thus making his seal practically foolproof from being getting exploited.

Akira from 2 unknown hands signed to Hiruzen and suddenly a white ball made out of the light came out to form the scroll into Akira's hand.

Hiruzen this time could not stop his reaction and stood up.

Akira did not think too much about it and said "Particle Style Dismantlement".

And then under the surprised gaze of the old Hokage and Anbu a beam of light went directly for the kunai Akira stuck into the wall and dismantle the kunai and the web without touching the wall.

"This particular scroll allows its user to use many bloodline limits like kekkei genkai and Kekkei moura". Said Akira this time with a smirk on his face seeing the face of the old Hokage.

Hiruzen could not reply at all, he just stood there his jaw dropped. For the first time the pipe which he was smoking was fallen from his hand. He just saw a jutsu that only one person alive in the world right now could do and now it was performed by a 12-year-old genin.

Now when he looks towards Akira he realizes how much Akira resemble his sensei Tobirama Senju.

"How is that possible" ask Hiruzen in a shaky tone.

He was not sure how to handle a talent like Akira now. Someone who could figure out the secret of bloodline jutsus at the age of only 12 is no longer a talent any more.

"In theory, it's very simple Hokage sama. The reason why even after having the required elements like you and me. We can not perform bloodline jutsus like the wood style or particle style because our body does not allow us to combine nature within our body.

It required a special kind of gene to combine the elemental chakra inside our bodies. But that is only inside the body. If we find a way to do it outside of the body then Combining the elements is possible as you see.

I achieve this by using a special seal but it's not as good as the real deal and honestly, I rather believe that learning just the normal chakra affinity is better than relying on scrolls like this.

I made this kind of scroll back when I was in the academy and wanted a bloodline power for myself but later realize that it is not possible in a natural way and the other ways like this scroll are not that great.

But recently when I created the sealed jutsu scroll launcher and I thought that there might be a way to use these scrolls in a fight after all.

Although I still think after many years that normal elements when the master is just as good as any bloodline powers.

But maybe the village could use it since I don't see any use for them like some of the jonin like Kurenai who are good at jujutsu or jonin like Might Guy who is good at taijutsu but doesn't have many chakras to use powerful jutsus."

The more Akira told his entire journey of creating this scroll the more Amaze the Hokage and Anbu were.
