Dev Log # 33 - February 8, 2023

Afternoon y'all!

Well, with Round 1 of Extra Sausage Mode completed, I've turned my attention this week to the other upcoming game project, Sexygons: Furry Edition. I've captured a short video clip of the progress I've made in the last few days, you can check it out by clicking the video link below:

I've gotten the basic puzzle tile coding pretty much completed, and started working on all the graphics for the 24-piece puzzle game mode. I also have the working timer, and bonus/penalty time functions to increase or decrease the timer. You can discard any tile you accidentally grabbed by pressing the left mouse button by releasing that mouse button while the tile is off the puzzle grid -- the left and right sidebars are safe zones to discard a tile without a time penalty. 

Today, I'm working on a wild-card hex tile that will occasionally appear. How I'm hoping to get it working is if you manage to click on it, it will randomly fill in a blank space in the puzzle. There's some coding challenges that come with it, so I'm going to be working on making it a reality. I'm also going to implement time bonus tiles that also occasionally come in that you can click to award either +5 or +10 seconds to the timer. Finally, in the later stages of a striptease, I might add an occasional enemy tile that will try to do something bad to your puzzle. You'd have to click on it ASAP in order to destroy it.
