It's just a 3D model where I extracted the lines and edited the colors. The models can be kiiiinda expensive but they pay off in terms of time saved, and that's great for comic work where you have to draw the same thing over and over from multiple angles.
I use a mix of 3D and hand-drawn backgrounds in my work and try to integrate them so the combination isn't too jarring, but as you can probably tell I often prioritize page quantity over quality so it's with mixed results lol.
