In order to fully understand what has happened to Minerva, Eris and Tria help Mel do further testing to find out if the changes to Minerva are more than just physical. It turns out that Minerva's magic power has been noticeably boosted, but casting too many spells will now cause her body to grow and further the draconic transformation.

Mel suggested that it was most likely due to her new "condition", and they need to find a dragon, if they want solve their problems.

To everyone's shock, Minerva's breasts seem more reactive and grow when Tria touches them. Minerva quickly outgrows her shirt and discovers that her breasts almost seem to resist attempts to milk her.
