A good episode, but it's hard to believe the questionable medical ethics of the visiting doctor is something that would happen given everything we're told about humanity in the 24c, it's also hard to "believe" that there'd be no medical cure for a damaged spinal cord given everything we're seen and told about medical science in the 24c. They can replace Picard's heart and allow Geordi to see but the "best" they can do for Worf are they devices that give him back some of his mobility. Ehh.. Okay. We sacrifice stuff like that for the story and ethical questions. But the nerd in me as still kinda questioning it.
