Lovely reaction. I think this is a very inciteful episode about, among other things, gaming and internet addictions, which were just becoming a thing when it was written. I think it's generally agreed that making holodeck simulations of real people and interacting with them, especially interacting with them violently or sexually, is a serious invasion/violation. I mean, imagine finding out that someone you knew had created a doll in your image and was . . . well, you get the point. It would be really, really creepy.
