Another 80's comedy! The music had me dancing all the way through this and I wish I'd been drinking a beer lol! Any interest in Police Academy 2?

During the car test scene, I know I'm supposed to side with Hightower when he got mad at the other cop for using a racial slur. But honestly I'd rather not have gigantic police officers with hair-trigger tempers. Someone who had that little self-control and that much physical strength probably shouldn't have a badge imo.

You'd think the quality would drop off since there's seven of them, but I can't remember one stinker in the bunch, except maybe the last one. I could be wrong though, havn't seen them in ten years or so. But you have to like Bobcat Goldthwait.

2024-05-03 09:07:18 +0000 UTCI enjoyed this reaction! You have a great sense of humor! Another great comedy with this same theme is "Stripes" (1981) with Bill Murray, Harold Ramis, and John Candy. Just replace the police academy with the U.S. Army. I think it's funnier than this one though.
