The Defector was always one of my favorite S3 episodes when I was younger. The writing is excellent and James Sloyan (Jarok) is phenomenal. He plays another role later in the series and turns up in DS9 and Voyager, and he knocks it out of the park each time he's there. The Vengeance Factor was...okay. Honestly I like it because I used to crush on Lisa Wilcox like crazy (still do; I met her back in 2021 and she's still a sweet and amazing woman to chat with). I saw so much of TNG after it had aired, though, so I knew the outcomes of a lot of these episodes in advance. Unification (Season 5) was my first one to watch as it aired. I loooove the full reaction vids! Weird to say but it feels like a more complete experience. Glad I came over and joined up! Thanks, Jen!
