Such a classic 80's teen movie! This one really surprised me with how thoughtful it is. I guess coming off Ferris Bueller it just hit me how deep this is as a character study of these teenagers. Cool that it was all in one location and had SEVERAL dance montages :) Are there more 80's teen movies we should check out?

Binging a few movies. Reactions are priceless. Knowledge of a card catalog using the Dewey Decimal System, many bonus points!! I kind of grew into The Breakfast Club as I was 11 when it came out. In high school, it made a TON of sense. Also, in 1986 I was starting to notice Kelly LeBrock in Weird Science. No spoilers. Every teen in the mid 80's tho understood that she was "neat" & not icky like other girls. 😂 Breakfast Club now, means even more. Cool to see it kind of irl now from each perspective. Thank you for being wonderfully fun.
