2024-02-19 05:15:19 +0000 UTCI have to headcanon that most of the ship is unused space set aside for emergencies, guest quarters, storage, labs, etc and only about 10% of the ship is in active use on a daily basis. Either that or we only ever see the busier decks, and there's a portion of the crew who are very, very lonely.

2024-02-19 05:09:53 +0000 UTCFor the volume of that ship and only 1000 people on board you might be lucky to even run into people sometimes as you go about your day. The main shuttle bay is huge but never shown to its full in the show because of budget constraints.

2024-02-19 02:30:53 +0000 UTCI always LOVE IT when we get these non-Starfleet characters who are a bit rough around the edges. It's a shame that Okona never comes back. I would watch a whole spinoff show with him. But I just found out that he comes back in a lot of episodes of the newer animated Trek shows. I guess I'll have to finally check those out.
