Remember remember the 5th of November.

This violent, vast and verbose video was a verily valued viewing! I feel like I need to see this one again in future! Has anyone read the graphic novel?

V is a valiant veteran with a valid vendetta, vying for vindication. Fab reaction! 💜 You'd suit a shaved head but please don't shave off those locks! The writer of the V For.. graphic novel, Alan Moore, also did the 'From Hell' graphic novel, you'd probably be thrilled by the film adaptation. From Hell (2001). As horrors go, you've seen worse/more intense. It's about Jack The Ripper, the title is taken from the first words of the "From Hell" letter (aka "The Lusk letter"), which some authorities believe was an authentic message sent from the killer to the police, in 1888.

This was the first I came across Kat Powers, and the song is an absolutely beautiful one. In a great, complex film. The Waichowskis are very good at that sort of thing, and the morals and feelings are not straight forward. A show I’d really reccomend checking out by the Waichowskis… probably not a good fit for reacting, as much as I’d love to see a reaction to it… but at least reccomend for yourself- Sense8. Very unique, beautiful, emotional show about human relationships and empathy across differences… with some very fun action mixed in.

I haven't read the graphic novel, but there are videos on YouTube comparing them, and it seems like the graphic novel is different, and much darker, and the author of them wouldn't even see the movie, and dispises the idea of it. I think the Wachowsky sisters (they both transitioned), really molded it into their own thing that is really pretty independent from the graphic novel. They also both created a TV show, and then I think just Lana ended up helming, for Netflix, called "Sense 8". Which was starting out to be really good, but got canceled after only two seasons before it could really develop into what it seemed like it could become. People were pissed, so Netflix let her make a movie as a finale to sort of quickly tie up some of the loose ends, but it sadly never really got a chance to flush out what it could've been.
