I dunno if you guys figured it out before the end, but I sure didn't! This is one of those movies you need to watch again after you know how it ends, so you can try to see how the story was put together to bamboozle you! No spoilers in comments please, in case anyone hasn't seen this yet!

The quote about the devil (or at least a variation of it) is generally attributed to the French poet Charles Baudelaire (1821-1867). I think the original translation is "the finest trick of the devil is to persuade you that he does not exist." Also, I almost forgot to mention. The name of this movie comes from a line from a very famous movie that you might want to put on an upcoming poll (It's on your listing. In fact, it currently has the same number of requests as "The Batman" which you just did). It's called Casablanca. The line (without giving too much away) is "round up the usual suspects!" It's considered one of the greatest movies of all time, so you might want to think about throwing it on a poll sometime soon... ;-) At least 3 times (possibly more), you will say "Wait, did that line come from this film?" during the film and the answer will be "yes."
