Wow, I can't believe that's it and I can't believe how it ends 😥 I was quite shocked by this ending. I have really loved Daniel Craig as Bond and was hoping to finally see this character live happily ever after. So bittersweet that it's over. After I process this ending, I can put together my thoughts on the franchise as a whole, if you guys are interested in that? What did you guys think? Did you know this was how it ends for James Bond?

I still haven't seen this movie so I won't be watching this reaction just yet. However, I will point something out that's pretty cool. At least to me. The final part of the movie does take place in I think somewhere in China? But either way it was shot in the Faroe Islands which happens to be where I live. In fact, on the island it was shot, a headstone for James Bond was raised. So yes, I know about that wee spoiler. Keep up the good work with the reactions, Jen. :)

2023-09-14 21:34:25 +0000 UTCJen you continue to be my favourite reactor on the interwebs. I was NOT happy when I saw this film, not one bit. I didn't think the action was that great, I thought the character was handled disrespectfully and the ending was not earned. Having watched it back with you (first time watching it back at all) I enjoyed it more and didn't have as hardline an attitude this time around, but I still don't like that the character was killed off. How can they just reboot after that? The Craig era WAS the reboot. It can't be like Superman, Batman or Marvel where they just keep rebooting whenever they feel like it. My feeling is this 60+ year old franchise should just be given a rest. But yeah I would SO be down for you to do a separate video (series?) where you talk about your thoughts on Bond as a whole, your favourite aspects of the films, etc. Bring it on!
