Best reaction…I’m watching at 45:35, without watching the episode, and I know exactly what part of the episode you are watching. That was pretty much my reaction when I saw it back in the summer of 2001.

Yep, he's evil! }:) I'm sure you are getting suggestions from everyone left and right. I'll throw in with 2 ideas for now: S10,E7 "Tsst" (a Cartman story) and S6,E2 "Asspen" (Could say it's mostly a Stan story). Okay one more: S8, S12 "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset" (a celebrity story). You already have S8,E1 in here. It's the first of a kind of themed trilogy, so you'll soon want to do the two that follow. The final one is a classic. XD

2023-09-28 03:33:13 +0000 UTCThe DVD box set for season 1 actually has Matt and Trey talking about each episode before said episode starts, and while a lot of what they say is jokes, one of the things they said about episode 1 was how it was just the two of them alone making the animations because they couldn't afford help while making the pilot. That part I believe.

2023-08-14 09:52:44 +0000 UTCThere's an interesting documentary from 2011 on South Park called "6 Days to Air" that covers how they make an episode. It follows them as they write an episode (as I recall, this was one that blended mocking the huge agreement they put up for using Apple products (well, most computer products) that most people just click "I agree" without reading with the plot of the movie Human Centipede). Due to how their animation works and the computer programs that they have to generate them, it literally takes them less than a week to go from "Hey, I have an idea for an episode" to actually have an episode being broadcast. One of the funnier takeaways from the documentary was the part about censorship and series. They basically said that early on the execs would often balk at a lot of the stuff they wanted to put in, but after a few years, stuff that would never have made the cut is now responded to with "Well, that's South Park..."
