You'll never know what bit you.

DOUBLE CREATURE FEATURE peeps! Man I had a hoot watching these! Those jump scares got me every time and even with cheesy 90's effects I was still scared lol! Lake Placid was gorey as heck, really funny and some good croc teams ups!! Jon Voigt's accent in Anaconda is something to behold, as is a certain shot from... well I don't want to spoil but I never thought I would see a shot like that in a movie lol!! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Get ready for 2 wild rides!!

DOUBLE CREATURE FEATURE: Lake Placid + Anaconda Full Length Reaction

Comments

Coming to this video late, but some good/cheesy creature features from the 1970s are Empire of the Ants with Joan Collins, Kingdom of the Spiders with William Shatner, and for two for bear lovers, Grizzly and Prophecy.

Jonathan Hintz

[Lake Placid] That was chomp-tastic. ๐ŸŠ I hadn't seen before, was way more tense than I expected. Good laughs too. ๐Ÿ˜… ๐Ÿ’œ Bridget Fonda, I was kerrrazy about her through most of the 90s. Incidentally, she's been married to Danny Elfman since 2003. She has a good action thriller called 'The Assassin' (1993), it's known outside of USA / Canada as 'Point of No Return'. It's a remake of the French original 'La Femme Nikita' (1990), which is also very good. For creatures, Kong: Skull Island (2017) is solid! You mentioned 'Deliverance' (1972), which is an outstanding extremely tense, survival thriller. Highly recommended, it has a very strong cast and is very well acted. Has/had a cult following. An infamous scene in it influenced Tarantino to have a certain scene in Pulp Fiction with Marsellus Wallace (Ving Rhames) in a backroom. Tarantino has said his mom took him to see Deliverance when he was 10 to 12-ish and the scene haunted him.

So Jen with Halloween around the corner you're gonna do a poll where we choose how to scare the bijesus out of you, right?!? :]

Mark McKeown

Crawl from 2019 was also a good croc movie.

Simon Haynes

Arachnophobia with Jeff Daniels and John Goodman is a must for a creature feature.

Heartfelt

'Rogue' is another very good creature feature

warcrimes

Do you dare watch "Eight Legged Freaks" (2002)? It's a monster movie about mutated spiders. ๐Ÿคช It has the same feel as "Lake Placid", a little comedy mixed in.

Prof. Writhms
