🗳️ Poll: Climbing Movies
Added 2023-01-30 04:50:53 +0000 UTC
I have no idea why but I'm in the mood to watch a climbing-related movie! 😆
This week's poll winners were: 🏆 Monsters Inc + Cloverfield
Next let's choose a Climbing Movie!
Movies not chosen will be back on future polls.
Remember I don't like to know too much about the movies before I watch so sometimes I put movies on polls that might be a bit out of place because I'm not totally sure what the plot is!
Vote for as many as you like! (This helps me know how much interest there is in each movie)

All good movies. Was hoping to see Fall up there, that movie is crazy good. Not many people have reacted to it out there, sadly. It could be a good coop watch, perhaps.

Vertical limit is good but a little out there at times but has several very good actors in it. K2 is based on a book, Cliffhanger has a great acting performance by John Lithgow and is a good action movie , vertical limit is a crazy and fun action movie that I watch every few years .

2023-01-30 16:37:34 +0000 UTCThe only film on the list I've seen is "Cliffhanger," because climbing movies give me the willies. But you should consider "The Eiger Sanction" (1975), with Clint Eastwood as a freelance assassin (and art professor) who has to chase the bad guys around the Eiger, a hellacious mountain in the Swiss Alps. The climbing sequences are bloodcurdling.

2023-01-30 15:42:49 +0000 UTCI’ve seen all but K2, and really like them for different reasons, so I’d recommend watching all of them at some point. But for the first one I can’t see past Cliffhanger, still a favourite of mine.

2023-01-30 11:41:12 +0000 UTCI like a good climbing movie,so I voted for three of them. Back in the seventies, Clint Eastwood starred in an excellent movie, imo, called The Eiger Sanction. Definitely worth a watch.

2023-01-30 05:25:14 +0000 UTCHi Jen. I know nothing about any of the movies in this poll, so I voted for Vertical Limit since that is something you want to watch. This might be one of the very few times when the patron is voting for what the reactor wants to see. 😊👍❤️ I hope you enjoy it! 🤗
