Vanessa is a hateful Yuan-Ti elf; she's very self-centered and she doesnt play nice. Payaal is a hybrid descendant of a space dragon and she seems way more playful and probably loves to hug people.
As for why there are 2 characters in a $10 request, one was supposed to be for last month but since it wasn't put in on time I made an exception for this month only.
