Holy crap, what an episode! Can't believe Starlight got shot and Hughie left her! Things will never be the same between them and I wonder what it means for Starlight's character. Also... Homelander... is he responsible for what happened to Becca or not?! He definitely didn't seem to know what happened to her. Can't wait for the season finale!!!!

It's so much fun watching again with you Jen seeing your looks of shock fast forward to now and you're not so easy shocked π . Frenchie and kimiko baking cupcakes I could watch that for hours π love those two . Yes the deep scene was gross π€’ but tbh the deep is just the fish guy nothing more . So much happened in this episode and it sets everything up for a cracking finale . Cheers for another fun reaction Jen π

2022-06-26 18:58:20 +0000 UTCI understand your disappointment with Hughie leaving Starlight after Butcher shot her. I believe it was Hughie's logical move. He doesn't know what Butcher would do next if he didn't leave her and go with Butcher. He knows Butcher doesn't have his knowledge of Annie and that he hates all Supes anyway. Hughie staying with Annie might seem like a betrayal on Hughie's part according to Butcher and he might shoot him too. Hughie knows Annie isn't bleeding out from the two gun shots, so it might seem like the most logical thing to Hughie at that point in the midst of all that chaos and his knowing Butcher isn't thinking logically at that point.
